Eat warm and not dry

Foods suitable for winter tonic are: lamb, dog meat, beef, chicken, goose, duck, eel, walnuts, chestnuts, red ginseng, astragalus, red dates, codonopsis, angelica, red beans, leeks, coriander and so on.
