The full-automatic ozone generation device uses ozone's strong oxidation performance to disinfect the packaging materials used in cosmetics. While killing microorganisms, it does not produce harmful products. The residual ozone will be automatically decomposed into oxygen and does not produce any residual pollutants, so as to ensure the cleanness and sterility of packaging materials and provide a good environmental guarantee for the quality of cosmetics.

Filling workshop (strict control, safe and assured)

The filling workshop is equipped with clean pneumatic filling equipment, high-precision electronic balance, aseptic production line lamp and advanced equipment. The air detection process is all operated according to GMPC specification to ensure the safety, accurate measurement and asepsis of products in the filling process

Prenatal phase:

·Check the air twice a week

·Pure water is tested every day

·Testing of each batch of raw materials

·The water quality is treated by reverse osmosis

·Equipment to meet the requirements of high quality pure water

Physical and chemical detection:

Hour hygiene index test and pre filling test, sample test every time, physical and chemical, sensory standard full test

·Microbiological testing (GNPC standard)

·720 hours during product development

Damage test and continuous cross failure test ensure the stability of new quality

Prenatal phase:

·Field engineer monitors emulsification process;

Quality inspector's confirmation and supervision of the first sample of filling and packaging

Control the whole process of bottle washing, filling and packaging

·The method of rechecking ingredients is adopted

·Mass production for adequate safety, efficiency
